Shawn’s professional background as a licensed Architect & LEED Accredited Professional provide an enhanced capability for our Architectural and Sustainable Design Practice. Shawn graduated from the University of Cincinnati with B.S. & Masters of Architecture degrees. His experience prior to joining Emersion includes travel abroad, employment with design/build companies & the practice of architecture with firms throughout the country.

Shawn is the elected Chair of the Regional Chapter of the USGBC for 2008 where he was the Emerging Green Builders Committee Chair and Founder. His sustainability expertise earned Shawn a consulting role to Cincinnati Mayor Mallory and City Council on sustainable issues & invitations to speak to the University of Cincinnati, the Ohio Planning Conference & the Cincinnati Building and Construction Trades Council.
