Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled (LADD) is a non-profit organization that provides a variety of programs and services for adults with disabilities. Their community‑based approach focuses on teaching independent living skills in a home‑like environment, helping individuals become self‑sufficient, confident, and healthy in both mind and body.

With goals of rejuvenation, campus growth, and expanded services, the design team delivered a campus master plan and concept designs for renovations, a building addition, site improvements. In addition, the master plan process included reviewing and updating the current site master plan, evaluating both short‑ and long‑term goals, and assessing: building codes, city zoning requirements, utilities and structural integrity, civil and landscape opportunities, and mechanical systems.
