Mercy McAuley High School engaged emersion DESIGN to help develop a Master Facilities Plan. The planning process incorporated evaluations of the potential and best use of school spaces based on the school’s current strategic plan, as well as the list of needs developed in the fall of 2020 by the Plant and Grounds Committee.

The Master Facilities Plan identified supporting facilities and infrastructure requirements to:

• Meet strategic plan objectives.
• Provide the flexibility needed to meet future strategic objectives that arise in a quickly changing world.
• Inform the development of the school’s next comprehensive fundraising campaign.
• Support transformational educational experiences for current and future generations of students.
