procter hall

Procter Hall serves as a prominent gateway between University of Cincinnati’s East and West Campuses. Its prominent location and simple block massing acts as a thoughtful counterpoint to the adjacent Vontz Center. The renovation combined technical expertise and architectural excellence to transform the building’s performance and appearance. A new secondary façade wrapper enhances the building envelope by reducing solar heat gain, wind infiltration, and water penetration while creating a distinctive new identity. Through a blend of technology, durability, and design the renovation delivers a beautiful, efficient, and cost-effective solution. The project also included interior renovations for the College of Nursing, encompassing three lecture halls, campus corridors, and the conversion of an underutilized museum space into a large conference room.
